For customizations based on our existing designs, please allow approximately 5 business days for crafting and quality check before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 business days to your doorstep. We take the time to ensure every piece meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio.

Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your Belle Beads DIY piece. If you're not completely satisfied with a non-customized item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as each piece is crafted uniquely for you.
Because each custom piece is handcrafted to your specific request and personal style, customized orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We take great care to ensure every detail matches your order before shipping. If there is an error on our part or a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
To start a return or exchange, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
For returns or exchanges due to a sizing issue or a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Refund Questions
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will refund the full amount, including any shipping fees you paid.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the funds will be returned to the same account. For gift purchases, we may issue a store credit or gift card upon request.
Customized and personalized pieces are handcrafted uniquely for you and are considered final sale. Therefore, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part. If you believe your custom piece has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist.
